The price for the House, includes the cost of electricity, water and wood for the fireplace.
During june to august you can rent a motorboat, perfect for exploring the lake or fishing. There is a spot close to the houses where you can prepare the fish that you catch. Gasoline for the boat you can buy, if necessary, at the gas station a 5min drive away.

Houses rent weekly from Saturday 15:00 (arrival day) to Saturday 10:00 (departure day), unless otherwise agreed.
Price for final cleaning: 500 SEK (you can clean yourself, according to the instructions in the house).
We prefer if you pay electronically a week before your arrival but we accept cash for rent plus a security deposit of 600 SEK upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded after proper cleaning and within 30 days to a specified account by you or a person appointed by you cleaning offset (refund of 100 SEK).

Other
We ask you not to smoke inside the cottages or at the porch.
Bring your own bed sheets and towels.
Each cottage has a outdoor place for barbecue.
